Simply put, meditation is about coming back to you. It’s a way to hear the wisdom of your inner voice.

There are many ways to meditate, including playing music, creating art and being in nature. I specialize in guided meditations, using visualizations, breathing techniques and the ancient practice of yoga nidra to relax and release tension, so that you can let go of what you don’t need and reconnect to yourself.
