I’ve used many meditation apps, but Lara is so much better! Her calm voice and genuine demeanor makes all of my concerns feel a lot less important and really helps me focus on the moment and the good things in life. When I feel stuck in that negative headspace, Lara’s Yoga Nidra and meditations help me break that. I am so thankful for Lara!!
